Baseline terms for the current informational and early-access website. Additional terms will be required as commercial and community features launch.

Acceptance

By using HalloAlltag.ch, you agree to these terms and applicable law.

Current service

The site currently provides information and early-access signup. Planned AI search, social/chat, experiences, real estate, Timber events, training and other features are concepts and do not guarantee availability.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, impersonate others, harvest data, submit malicious material or violate applicable law or others' rights.

Information only

General content about taxes, insurance, wages, employment, apprenticeships, housing, real estate, finance and similar topics is informational and not individualized legal, tax, financial, insurance or professional advice.

Intellectual property

HALLO ALLTAG™, its branding and original materials are owned by or licensed to the operator, subject to applicable third-party rights.

Future services

Accounts, chat, transactions, travel/retreats, real-estate consulting, training and other services may require separate eligibility rules, community standards, payment terms, disclosures, waivers or agreements.

Availability and liability

Features may change or be discontinued. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site is provided on an “as available” basis. Mandatory rights and liabilities are not excluded.

Switzerland

The service is Switzerland-focused. Final operator identity, domicile and governing-law/jurisdiction wording should be completed before commercial launch. Mandatory consumer and data-protection rights remain unaffected.
